Please kindly ensure that you arrive for your appointment at the booked time and date. Failure to check in may result in the appointment being considered a no-show, which is unfortunately a non-refundable session.
Need to reschedule? Rescheduling requires a 24 Hour Notice. The booking must be approved and completed by Sharon to ensure availability of your future desired timetable. I understand that plans change and you may need to reschedule your appointment.
Please remember that you will not be able to successfully reschedule your appointment yourself. You must request for your appointment to be rescheduled by Email only. Sending a Text or clicking the reschedule option on your booking is not acceptable.
